2. UK Dispatch
Orders placed through Panther Peptides are dispatched from within the United Kingdom.
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Processing and dispatch times shown on our website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or periods of unusually high demand may take longer to process.
3. Order Processing
Orders are processed after successful receipt or authorisation of payment.
For orders paid by bank transfer, processing may not begin until cleared funds have been received and matched to the relevant order.
Customers should ensure that all information supplied during checkout is accurate before submitting an order.
This includes:
Full name;
Delivery address;
Postcode;
Email address;
Telephone number where requested;
Products and quantities ordered; and
Selected delivery method.
If you identify an error after submitting an order, contact us immediately at:
We will make reasonable efforts to correct the order before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
4. Delivery Methods
Available delivery methods and their applicable charges will be displayed during checkout.
Where tracking is included with the selected service, tracking information will normally be provided once the order has been dispatched.
The availability of particular delivery services may depend on:
Delivery location;
Order value;
Parcel size or weight;
Carrier availability; and
Other operational considerations.
We reserve the right to use an equivalent delivery service where reasonably necessary, provided this does not materially disadvantage the customer.
5. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before the customer places an order.
Where free delivery is offered subject to a minimum order value, the applicable threshold will be displayed on the website.
Any promotional free-delivery offer may be subject to separate promotional terms.
No delivery charge will be added after an order has been placed unless the customer expressly agrees to the additional charge.
6. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times shown during checkout or elsewhere on our website are provided as estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Postal or courier delays;
Severe weather;
Transport disruption;
Public holidays;
Industrial action;
Unusually high carrier volumes;
Incorrect or incomplete delivery information; or
Other events outside our reasonable control.
Where applicable consumer law requires delivery within a particular period, we will comply with those requirements.
Unless another delivery period has been agreed, goods will be delivered within the period required by applicable law.
7. Dispatch Confirmation & Tracking
Where available, customers will receive a dispatch notification once their order has been processed for shipment.
Tracking information may be supplied by email or through the customer’s account.
Tracking information may take some time to become active after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.
A dispatch notification does not necessarily mean that the parcel has already entered the carrier’s main delivery network.
8. Correct Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address supplied during checkout is complete and accurate.
Please check your:
House or building number;
Street;
Town or city;
County where applicable; and
Postcode.
If an incorrect address has been supplied, contact us immediately at info@pantherpeptides.co.uk.
If an order has not yet been dispatched, we will make reasonable efforts to amend the address.
Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect or amend the delivery address.
9. Orders Returned Due to Incorrect Address
Where a parcel is returned to Panther Peptides because the customer supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, we will contact the customer once the parcel has been returned to us.
Where appropriate, we may offer redelivery.
The customer may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery costs where the failed delivery resulted from incorrect information supplied by the customer.
This does not apply where the delivery failure was caused by Panther Peptides or a carrier acting on our behalf.
10. Failed Delivery Attempts
Where a carrier attempts delivery but is unable to complete it, the customer should follow the instructions provided by the carrier.
Depending on the carrier, this may include:
Rearranging delivery;
Collection from a local delivery office or collection point; or
Delivery on another working day.
Customers should monitor tracking information where available.
If an uncollected parcel is eventually returned to Panther Peptides, please contact us to discuss the available options.
11. Delayed Deliveries
A tracking status that has not changed for a short period does not necessarily mean that a parcel has been lost.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact:
Please provide your:
Full name;
Order number; and
Delivery postcode.
We will investigate the shipment with the relevant carrier where appropriate.
12. Lost Parcels
Where a parcel appears to have been lost while being delivered by a carrier appointed by Panther Peptides, please contact us.
We may need to investigate the shipment with the carrier before determining the appropriate resolution.
Where the circumstances establish that the goods have not been delivered and we remain legally responsible for delivery, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
Customers should not be required to pursue our appointed delivery carrier themselves in order to exercise rights against Panther Peptides.
13. Parcels Marked as Delivered
If tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check:
The delivery location;
Any designated safe place;
Other members of your household or premises;
Immediate neighbours where appropriate; and
Any photograph or delivery information supplied by the carrier.
If the parcel still cannot be located, contact us promptly at:
We will review the available tracking and delivery information and investigate with the carrier where appropriate.
14. Damaged Parcels
Please inspect your parcel and products after delivery.
If the parcel or its contents have been damaged in transit, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:
Please provide:
Your order number;
A description of the damage;
Photographs of the outer packaging;
Photographs of the affected product; and
A photograph of the shipping label where requested.
Please retain the packaging until we have completed our initial assessment, as the carrier may require evidence of the condition of the parcel.
15. Incorrect or Missing Products
If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, contact:
Please provide your order number and details of the discrepancy.
Where reasonably necessary, we may request photographs of the products and packaging received.
Once verified, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
16. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Products supplied by Panther Peptides must comply with applicable consumer law.
If a product is:
Faulty;
Damaged;
Not as described; or
Otherwise not in conformity with the contract,
please contact us.
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts your statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods.
Any applicable repair, replacement, refund or other remedy will be provided in accordance with UK consumer law.
17. Consumer Right to Cancel
If you are purchasing as a consumer through our website, you may have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason.
For goods to which the statutory cancellation right applies, you will normally have 14 days from the day after you, or a person nominated by you, receives the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.
To exercise your cancellation right, you must make a clear statement that you wish to cancel the contract.
You can contact us at:
Please include:
Your name;
Order number;
Products being cancelled; and
Sufficient information for us to identify the order.
You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory cancellation right.
18. Returning Goods After Cancellation
Where you have validly exercised a statutory cancellation right and the products are returnable, you should return them without undue delay and within the period required by applicable law.
This will normally mean returning the goods within 14 days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
Please contact info@pantherpeptides.co.uk before sending a return so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions.
Do not send returns to our registered office without first receiving return instructions unless we specifically instruct you to do so.
19. Cost of Change-of-Mind Returns
Where you exercise a statutory cancellation right because you have changed your mind, you will normally be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods, where permitted by law and where this information was provided to you as required.
We recommend using an appropriate tracked delivery service when returning goods.
Panther Peptides is not responsible for a customer’s chosen return carrier.
Where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed, different rules may apply and we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.
20. Condition of Returned Goods
Customers may inspect goods to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where a returned product has been handled beyond what would reasonably be permitted when examining the product in a physical shop, and that handling has reduced its value, we may be entitled to make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law.
Please return products with their original packaging, labels and accessories where reasonably possible.
This does not affect your rights where a product is faulty or misdescribed.
21. Products That May Be Excluded From Change-of-Mind Returns
Certain goods are excluded from the statutory right to cancel or may cease to be returnable in specific circumstances prescribed by law.
Depending on the particular product and circumstances, this may include:
Goods made to a customer’s specifications or clearly personalised;
Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed after delivery; and
Other products falling within a statutory exception.
An exception will only be relied upon where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
The fact that a product is described as a research material does not, by itself, remove a consumer’s statutory cancellation rights.
This section does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or misdescribed.
22. Opened or Unsealed Products
Where a product qualifies as a sealed item that is not suitable for return for genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons, the statutory cancellation right may cease once that seal has been broken after delivery.
This exception will only be applied where the relevant statutory requirements are satisfied.
If you are unsure whether a particular product can be returned, please contact us before opening it.
Your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods remain unaffected.
23. Refrigerated and Temperature-Sensitive Research Materials
Certain research products may have recommended storage conditions.
Where applicable, storage requirements will be displayed on the product page, packaging or accompanying information.
Customers are responsible for following the stated storage conditions after delivery.
If you believe a temperature-sensitive product has arrived damaged or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, contact us promptly and retain the product and packaging while we investigate.
We do not automatically classify every temperature-sensitive product as legally exempt from consumer cancellation rights.
Whether a statutory exception applies will depend on the characteristics of the particular goods and applicable law.
24. Refunds Following Cancellation
Where you validly cancel an eligible order and a refund is due, the refund will be processed within the timeframe required by applicable law.
For returned goods, we may be entitled to wait until:
We receive the goods back; or
You provide evidence that the goods have been sent back,
whichever occurs first, where permitted by law.
Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
25. Original Delivery Charges
Where a consumer validly cancels an entire eligible order under statutory cancellation rights, the refund will include the applicable standard outbound delivery charge where required by law.
If you selected an enhanced or premium delivery service costing more than our standard delivery option, we are not normally required to refund the additional premium above the cost of standard delivery.
Different rules may apply to partial order cancellations.
26. Refund Processing Times
Once Panther Peptides has issued a refund, the time taken for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
We do not control third-party banking processing times.
We will process refunds within the periods required by applicable law.
27. Exchanges
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement or exchange for an incorrect, damaged or faulty product.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the circumstances and your statutory rights.
Please contact info@pantherpeptides.co.uk before returning any item.
28. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as quickly as possible at:
Please include your order number.
If the order has not yet entered dispatch, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
If the parcel has already been dispatched, the applicable returns and cancellation procedure will apply.
29. Refused Deliveries
We recommend contacting us before refusing delivery of an order.
Refusing delivery does not necessarily provide us with sufficient information to identify the parcel or establish that you are exercising a statutory cancellation right.
If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us clearly at:
30. Research Products
Products identified as research materials on www.pantherpeptides.co.uk are supplied strictly for their stated laboratory research purpose.
Returns must not be used as a means of circumventing product handling, storage or research-use requirements.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer’s statutory rights.
31. International Orders
Where international delivery is offered, customers are responsible for checking whether the products they intend to purchase may lawfully be imported, possessed and used for their intended research purpose in the destination country.
International shipments may be subject to:
Customs procedures;
Import restrictions;
Duties;
Taxes;
Carrier charges; or
Delivery delays.
Where additional import charges are legally payable by the recipient, these will normally be the recipient’s responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase.
Availability of international shipping does not constitute a representation that every product may lawfully be imported into every destination.
32. Customer Responsibilities
Customers should:
Provide accurate delivery information;
Monitor tracking information where supplied;
Arrange collection or redelivery following a failed delivery attempt;
Inspect products after delivery;
Follow applicable storage instructions;
Contact us promptly if an issue arises; and
Retain relevant packaging where a delivery or product claim needs investigation.
These responsibilities do not remove or reduce statutory consumer rights.
33. Abuse and Fraudulent Claims
We reserve the right to investigate suspected fraudulent return, refund or non-delivery claims.
Where we reasonably suspect fraud, we may request additional information and may provide relevant information to payment providers, delivery companies or appropriate authorities where lawful and necessary.
Nothing in this section will be used to obstruct or discourage a legitimate customer from exercising statutory rights.
34. Relationship With Our Terms & Conditions
This Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy should be read alongside our:
Terms & Conditions;
Privacy Policy;
Cookie Policy; and
Any product-specific information displayed before purchase.
If a provision of this policy conflicts with a mandatory statutory consumer right, the statutory right will take precedence.
35. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping, Returns & Refunds Policy periodically to reflect changes in:
Our delivery services;
Carrier arrangements;
Business operations;
Products;
Applicable legislation; or
Regulatory guidance.
The latest version will be published on www.pantherpeptides.co.uk together with the date it was last updated.
The policy applicable to an order will generally be the version in force when the order was placed, subject to mandatory legal rights.
